What terms and conditions am I agreeing to when I purchase a product from Body Redesigning by Joe Christiano®?
Taxes
We are required to tax only those orders shipped to addresses in Florida. Tax will not be charged on ingestibles such as proteins and vitamins.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Charges made to your card will include the cost of the product(s) you order and a tax only if the order(s) is/are billed to an address in Florida. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is shipped. All credit card transactions are secure, as outlined in the Body Redesigning by Joe Christiano® privacy policy.
Shipping
It is our intention to deliver your order in a quick, timely fashion. During the purchase process you select a shipping method for the products you are ordering. As soon as each order is fulfilled, it will be shipped via the method you selected. Each delivery will include packing slips. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. Rates include shipping and handling fees.

Canceling an Order
If you submit an order and wish to cancel it, you’ll need to contact our customer service department. They may be able to cancel it before shipment. However, if the representative cannot cancel your order before shipment, you can e-mail custsvc@bodyredesigning.com for specific instructions.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product and wish to return it, please e-mail your order number and request to custsvc@bodyredesigning.com. There are specific return procedures to follow, so doing this will ensure that your return is correctly processed. Upon receiving your e-mail, a customer service representative will contact you and provide the information you need to complete the return. You have within 30 days of your purchase to return the order.
