BODY GENETICS® PROTEIN SHAKES come in a 60 serving canister. Each shake is a combination of the highest quality of soy isolate and egg white protein, fortified with super antioxidants grape seed extract and quercetin for cellular and cardiovascular protection and comes with a digestive enzyme complex for proper digestion. * Research has shown the protein efficiency ratio (P.E.R.) 4.0 or usable protein, in soy and egg white protein is the highest.
This protein formula is:

Suggested Use: Pour 2-3oz of water and 2-3oz non-GMO soy milk* (vanilla or chocolate) into a blender, then add 1 scoop of your favorite flavor of Body Genetics® Protein and blend.
This will make for a thicker malt-like drink. For a more liquidy drink add some water or compatible juice. For a fruit flavor add any compatible fruit like 1/4 of a banana or 1/4 cup of berries. For added flavor and nutrition add a handful of walnuts or almonds with 4-5 ice cubes. This turns your protein drink into a tasty smoothie (like a milk shake) and can serve as a meal replacement drink that is both satisfying and filling, too.

Q. Is soy protein compatible for all blood types?
A. Each blood type individual can consume some soy protein. Blood types A and AB will find it to be a most beneficial protein drink particularly. Blood types O and B will enjoy its portion in the formula as a neutral protein drink. The egg white protein factors in most of the protein value.
Q. Is soy protein an avoid food for the blood type B?
A. If a soy protein drink is added to the blood type B diet it provides a neutral at best, protein source. The blood type B person should not replace their beneficial protein food sources such as meat and low-fat dairy with soy as a primary protein source.
Q. Rumors say that soy is not good for humans. Is soy protein really OK for human consumption?
